Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brevard - City Center By IHG

The staff

The mold in the bathroom, the extremely un even floors, the bathroom door that didn't stay open and didn't close all the way, the suite i paid for that was a single room. This place was terrible.

It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel. Great value!

Location was great. Room was as expected.

The hair left in tub

3rd time staying here. Great location, clean facility and great breakfast.

Breakfast was great

Walls were thin could hear someone peeing in bathroom next to us, otherwise great experience

The hotel is run like a 5 star hotel would have been run 10 years ago.?towels changed daily, full breakfast, very clean and quiet

Bathroom door would only open about a quarter of the way. Had to squeeze past door to get in. When we turned on bathroom faucet water seeped out around bottom wet our items sitting on the counter. We reported it. Nothing was done.No offer of other room

Location

Internet shut off at night. Desk clerk for several minutes. Hardly any food at breakfast!

Bright lobby, comfortable clean room. More fruit options for the included breakfast would be nice.

Super clean. Very comfortable beds and nice staff

The bed was way to soft. My neck and sholdees may never recover a night on that thing! We checked out a day early, willing to loose a night paid for just to never sleeping on that machine on torture.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the facility was like new.

Modern, clean,location and comfortable!

the room was clean, great bed and pillows - loved the breakfast

I made reservations for a double bed and when I arrived to check in late, they gave my friend and I a king bed - I paid for a double bed and they told me they didn't have any more available. Since we arrived late, I didn't want to argue, but I was very d

The Hotel was very modern and seemed new. All areas of the hotel were very clean. I especially like that there was a pool and fire pit on the property.

The room was very comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. The windows also had a blackout screen so the sunlight would not wake us up. The lounge chair was great for watching tv. We were very impressed by the breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks!

No. We were impressed with the service and the comfortable bed. It was great.

Cleanliness. Very nice location. Staff were excellent.

I thought the room has a bath tub, but it didn't. It just had a shower. I needed a shower chair. And they couldn't get me one. Was very difficult to take a shower.

Clean, friendly, location and breakfast.

Bring your own pillows.
